Will this driver update for aforementioned device in Windows 8.1? I have seen other sites offer update for this M-Audio device but I am skeptical as M-Audio support page shows not device driver for this device and OS match.

Unfortunately, there is no driver information about this keyboard for Windows 8.1 64bit. The M-Audio website does provide drivers for various products, but this one is excluded from the Windows 8.1 64bit compatibility. I have performed a search query and the results were 0. It's uncertain if there will be a driver update in the future.
